New Years Resolutions: Food for thought

Should I really be making new years resolutions? I never keep them anyway…

To me, New years resolutions have always been a bunch of crap. I mean seriously, what normal person actually keeps this enormous list of usually very vain tasks to complete within the new year. Let’s be honest with ourselves and realize that you know you won’t finish them, or maybe even start any of your New Years Resolutions. But whatever floats your boat, as they say.

 

Food For thought: What should I do instead?

Personally, like I have mentioned previously on my blog, you could start a new hobby or activity in the New Year. However since this is basically the same thing as making a New Years Resolution I have a better solution. Look to better yourself every second of every day. If you always look toward the future, but remember the past; you will be able to use the mistakes of the past to better yourself in the future. If your always looking to be your best self then what a better job can you do in the New Year.

 

Just remember: ” Who you were, who you are, and who you will be are three different people”
